XS Wheels LLC ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit xswheels.com and how we use it.

What we collect

Third-party processors

We share only what's required with the following providers:

Stripe — processes your payment. Card data never touches our servers; it goes directly to Stripe under PCI-DSS.
Pirate Ship — used by us to print shipping labels manually. Receives only the delivery address.
IslandWide Express — Puerto Rico shipping fallback. Receives the delivery address and an order number.
Resend — sends internal low-stock notifications. Does not receive customer data.
Klarna (optional) — processes installment payments when that option is used.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

Provide a copy of the data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your account and associated data (subject to legal and accounting obligations).

Cookies and local storage

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We use your browser's local storage (localStorage) only to keep your cart and preferences (language, light/dark mode). Nothing is shared.

Retention

Quotes and inquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact.
Orders and invoices: the period required by Puerto Rico law (generally 6 years for tax/accounting).

We do not sell your data

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Period.
