1. Who we are

XS Wheels LLC is a retailer of automotive wheels, parts, and accessories based in Puerto Rico. Contact: hello@xswheels.com · 787-640-1507.

2. Products and pricing

• Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include taxes unless noted.
• Puerto Rico sales tax (IVU, 11.5%) is calculated and shown at checkout where applicable.
• Some products are quote-only; those show a "Request quote" button and we reply via WhatsApp or email.
• Images are illustrative; actual finish may vary slightly by production batch.

3. Payments

• We process card payments through Stripe. Stripe may require 3D Secure verification.
• We accept the brands listed at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna).
• We do not store card data on our servers.

4. Shipping and delivery

See our shipping policy for rates, timing, and limitations.

• Primary shipping via Pirate Ship (label printed manually after payment).
• Alternative shipping via IslandWide Express within Puerto Rico.
• Products without a confirmed weight are processed as local pickup.

5. Returns and refunds

6. Warranty

New wheels and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty against factory defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, impact damage, improper installation, or use outside the product specifications.

7. Availability

Inventory is refreshed periodically. If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, we will offer:

• Wait for restock (if applicable).
• Substitute with an equivalent product (with your approval).
• Full refund.

8. Limitation of liability

XS Wheels LLC is not responsible for indirect damages arising from incorrect installation or use outside manufacturer recommendations. We recommend certified professional installation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be resolved in Puerto Rico courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date indicates the current version.
