Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how and when you can return a product.
Window
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
Eligible products
✅ We accept returns on:
- New, uninstalled wheels with no mounting marks and in their original packaging.
- Sealed lug nuts, valve stems, and accessories.
- Items shipped in error or with a factory defect.
❌ We do not accept returns on:
- Wheels that have been mounted (center scratches or lip scuffs).
- Modified, painted, or customized products.
- Products without original packaging.
- Items marked "final sale" on the product page.
How to start a return
- Email hello@xswheels.com or WhatsApp 787-640-1507 with:
- Order number
- Photo of the product
- Reason for the return
- We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
- Pack the product in its original materials and ship within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
- Once received and inspected (typically 3 business days), we process the refund.
Refunds
- Refunds go to the original payment method.
- Stripe processes refunds in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Original shipping is not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
- Return shipping cost is the customer's unless the item was defective.
Defective or wrong items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we cover return shipping and send the correct replacement at no cost. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Cancellations
Before the order is processed:
- Free cancellation.
After processing but before shipping:
- Cancellation with a 10% administrative fee (covers Stripe processing).
Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
