We ship across all of Puerto Rico with two delivery paths and local pickup.

Rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on total order weight:

Note on estimated weights: some wheels use the standard diameter guideline (15"=25 lb, 16"=28 lb, 17"=35 lb, 18"=38 lb, 19"=40 lb, 20"=45 lb) until we have real packaged weight.
Free shipping
Orders over $500 USD qualify for free shipping within Puerto Rico.
Local pickup
When a product has no confirmed weight, we process it as Pickup Only. We coordinate the day and time over WhatsApp.
Processing times
After payment:
- We process in 1 business day when the inventory is on the island.
- We purchase the shipping label manually in Pirate Ship (no API).
- We email you the tracking number.
Outside Puerto Rico
We currently ship only within Puerto Rico. For shipments to the continental US, contact us for an individual quote.
Damage in transit
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document with photos before opening it.
- Notify us within 48 hours at hello@xswheels.com.
- We coordinate replacement or refund at no extra cost.
